Products are sold in their original packaging. We do not open, blend, alter, relabel, or repackage the products.

3. Ingredients and Allergens

Ingredients, allergens, nutritional information, storage instructions, lot information, and best-before dates are provided on the original product packaging and, where available, on the applicable product page.

Customers should review the product packaging before consuming a product, especially if they have allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions.

If you have questions about a product’s ingredients or allergens, contact us before purchasing. We rely on information provided by the manufacturer and are not responsible for changes to a product’s formula, packaging, or labelling made by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions on the original packaging.

Do not use a product if its packaging is damaged, opened, tampered with, or appears unsafe. Contact us if you receive a product in that condition.

5. Product Availability

We try to keep website inventory accurate, but products may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed.

If a product becomes unavailable, we may contact you to offer a replacement, remove the product from your order, or cancel and refund the unavailable item.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse, cancel, or limit an order if:

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Applicable GST, HST, PST, QST, or other taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required. Shipping charges and other applicable fees will also be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where a correction is required because of an obvious pricing or listing error.

8. Payment

Payment must be received before an order is processed.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If payment is declined, reversed, or otherwise not received, we may cancel or suspend the order.

9. Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery estimates depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and begin after the order has been processed. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

We ship to addresses in Canada that are accepted by the available shipping carriers. We may not be able to ship to certain remote locations, restricted addresses, or locations that the carrier does not service.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If your order is damaged, missing items, or contains the wrong products, contact us as soon as possible—preferably within 24 hours of delivery—at seasonedshelf@outlook.com.

A description of the issue
Photographs of the package and products, where applicable

The 24-hour reporting period helps us investigate shipping and inventory issues promptly. It does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Because spices are food products, opened or used products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise subject to a remedy required by law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions or our Return and Refund Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable Canadian or provincial law.

12. Order Cancellations

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests received before processing or shipment. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been processed or shipped.
